They explore the correct way to breathe, the benefits of regular mindful breathing exercises, and different techniques that can be used. Adrienne shares how she incorporates mindful breathing into her interactions with children as a teacher. She also discusses her sources of inspiration and leads a short guided breath work demonstration.
